CMS advises Quinn Hotels Praha on sale of the Hilton Prague
CMS has advised Quinn Hotels Praha on the sale of Hilton Prague. The transaction, conducted as a competitive auction, garnered global and local interest, highlighting the property’s strategic value.
Hilton Prague, the largest hotel in the Czech Republic and one of Europe’s premier conference venues, is renowned for its extensive conference facilities. It features nearly 800 rooms and approximately 5,000 square meters of conference space. Ideally located in the city center, it provides an award-winning setting for business events of all sizes. The hotel was acquired by PPF, an international investment group headquartered in the Czech Republic.
The CMS team, led by Corporate partner Helen Rodwell and supported by David Cranfield, Lukáš Hejduk, Pavel Kocián, Lukáš Valúšek, Štěpán Havránek, and Lukáš Reichmann, acted as a sole advisor on all legal aspects of the transaction, playing a key role in the successful conclusion of the transaction.
